Paul Seaton
Group Chairman
As Group Chairman, Paul brings an extensive knowledge of the property industry to the table with over 40 years’ experience including construction, development and property investment. During this time Paul has built up a substantial UK property investment portfolio and carried out numerous residential and commercial developments in London and the Southeast, with an emphasis on steady growth and strategic acquisitions the business continues to go from strength to strength. The origination of First Capital Housing was born through existing business/expansive knowledge of property management, whilst recognising an opportunity to provide exemplary housing standards and management to all London Boroughs and Landlords alike.
Luke Adams
Group Director
Following his Directorship appointment, and in excess of 20 years’ experience, Luke has overseen full re-organisation of the groups daily management operations, integrating state-of-the-art estates development software for the Groups portfolio and undertaken full construction project management schemes including: new build, high-end conversions, to bespoke and boutique apartments, a mixture of which being retained as privately rented buildings for the group portfolio, overseeing the day-to-day, with a keen eye on Property Management.
Luke continues work closely on group business development, whilst also seeking out new and exciting future opportunities.
Foysol Ali
Head of Operations
With over 22 years of experience in the property industry, I have developed extensive knowledge and built a reputation for success. My career has encompassed working in and gaining vital training across all aspects of the property industry. Currently, as the Head of Operations at First Capital Housing, I oversee strategic initiatives and drive significant achievements. Additionally, on weekends, I run a charity organisation in Tower Hamlets that helps young people excel in sports and recreational activities.
Peter Boon
Head of Finance
Peter has dedicated 20 years with previous employer before recently joining the group as Head of Finance. He expertly manages financial operations, driving growth and ensuring compliance. A certified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Peter is known for his leadership and clear communication. He also volunteers with local charities and mentors aspiring accountants. His expertise is crucial to the company’s success.
Dennis Johnson
Head of Compliance
With over 25 years’ experience in the Property market within the UK and internationally. I have learned that it so important to deliver the very highest level of customer service in order to succeed. As Head of Compliance at First Capital Housing I understand the importance of ensuring Landlords property’s are kept in the best condition. I enjoy communicating with people at all levels and making sure customers are happy and completely satisfied when the works is done. In my spare time I love spending time and enjoying with my grandchildren.
Chris Dugard
Senior Procurement Officer
I began my career at a lettings agency in Central London over 15 years ago. Since then, I have transitioned into sales and now handle both sales and lettings. As a Senior Procurement Officer at First Capital HousingI take pleasure in meeting new clients and delivering excellent service to foster long-lasting business relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and am a regular at the gym.

With over a decade of experience in Lettings, I’ve had the pleasure of serving landlords across both East and West London. As a Senior Procurement Officer at First Capital Housing my goal has always been to provide tailored advice to help each landlord achieve their unique objectives, recognizing that every landlord has their own distinct approach. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football and video games. To unwind, I cherish time with my family and enjoy relaxing to music.
Molly McMullen
Property Administration
Molly is a dedicated and results-driven member of the team known for her exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivated work ethic. With a proven track record in team collaboration and effective communication, Molly thrives in dynamic work environments. Since joining in 2023 and in her current role as a Property Manager overseeing a substantial portfolio of 250 properties, Molly excels in database management, stakeholder coordination, and contractor relationship management.
Abigail howe
Property Administration
Abigai joins our experienced Team to further develop her management and accounting experience with A*s in Maths and Statistics GCSE, A levels in Chemistry, Biology and History & recently completing Accounting AAT level 2. Abigail has 5 years administrative experience and 2 years of accounting experience and has a very good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Harry has joined the team following his qualification in Construction Management and further progress his career prospects in closely working with facility management and operations.
