Paul Seaton

Group Chairman

Paul, the Group Chairman, has over 40 years of experience in the property industry, covering construction, development, and investment. He has built a substantial UK property portfolio and led numerous residential and commercial projects in London and the Southeast. With a focus on strategic growth, his business continues to expand. First Capital Housing was established through his expertise in property management, aiming to provide high-quality housing and management services across London Boroughs and to landlords.

Luke Adams

Managing Director

Following his appointment as Director and with over 20 years of industry experience, Luke has played a key role in restructuring the group’s daily operations. He has introduced advanced estate development software and managed various construction projects, from new builds to high-end conversions and boutique apartments, many of which are retained within the group’s rental portfolio. Working closely with Paul, Luke continues to drive business development while identifying new opportunities, further strengthening the group’s presence in the property market and supporting the strategic growth of First Capital Housing.

Luke continues work closely on group business development, whilst also seeking out new and exciting future opportunities.

Foysol Ali

Head of Operations

With over 22 years of experience in the property industry, I have developed extensive knowledge and built a reputation for success. My career has encompassed working in and gaining vital training across all aspects of the property industry.  Currently, as the Head of Operations at First Capital Housing, I oversee strategic initiatives and drive significant achievements. Additionally, on weekends, I run a charity organisation in Tower Hamlets that helps young people excel in sports and recreational activities.

Nathan Hancox

General Manager

Nathan has 20 + years’ experience in property.  His last role was as a Regional Manager covering the South East of England.  Over the course of two decades, Nathan has honed a deep understanding of the property market, specializing in Property Management, Letting and Estate Agency.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys playing tennis and above all, cherish spending time with friends and family, especially with his two children.

Alvyda Tumaite

Property Manager

Alvyda joined Passion Property Group in 2010 as a Property Assistant and quickly progressed into a managerial position. With a strong interest in finance, she began formal Accounting studies and now plays a key role as a Senior Property Manager. In this capacity, she draws on both her extensive industry experience and growing financial expertise to support the Group’s property management and accounting operations.

Peter Boon

Head of Finance

Peter has dedicated 20 years with previous employer before recently joining the group as Head of Finance. He expertly manages financial operations, driving growth and ensuring compliance. A certified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance, Peter is known for his leadership and clear communication. He also volunteers with local charities and mentors aspiring accountants. His expertise is crucial to the company’s success.

Chris Dugard

Senior Procurement Officer

I began my career at a lettings agency in Central London over 15 years ago. Since then, I have transitioned into sales and now handle both sales and lettings. As a Senior Procurement Officer at First Capital HousingI take pleasure in meeting new clients and delivering excellent service to foster long-lasting business relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and am a regular at the gym.

Sulaimaan Choudhury

Senior Procurement Officer​

With over five years of experience in the property industry and more than three years as a Lettings Manager, I am passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. I understand the importance of building strong, lasting relationships and pride myself on creating a seamless experience for landlords and tenants alike.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and watching football. I have also trained in mixed martial arts for over seven years, which has instilled discipline and focus that I bring to my professional life.

Samantha Dwyer

Procurement Officer

Samantha joins the team following a successful career in the commercial banking sector providing added value and strength in depth the to the procurement team with strong work ethic.

Molly McMullen

Property Administration

Molly is a dedicated and results-driven member of the team known for her exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivated work ethic. With a proven track record in team collaboration and effective communication, Molly thrives in dynamic work environments. Since joining in 2023 and in her current role as a Property Manager overseeing a substantial portfolio of 250 properties, Molly excels in database management, stakeholder coordination, and contractor relationship management.

Louise Burgess

Property Manager​

I join the team with 21 years’ experience within the property industry and strive on deepening my knowledge in accordance with new legislations. Currently in the process of completing my AAT level 3 in Accounting

Outside of work I love to travel the world, swim, cycle and spend as much time with my teenage son as possible together with friends and family. My role at FCH involves the day to day management of the portfolio consisting in excess of 250 properties

What I love most about my job is helping to solve problems as efficiently and quickly as possible.

Property Administrator

Veronica joins FCH following a successful period in a similar role, as she looks to gain further experience and continue her professional development. With a strong background in the recruitment industry, she brings extensive knowledge of sales and administrative processes, adding strength and depth to the Property Management department.

Shannon Taylor

Property Administrator​

Shannon is a reliable and proactive administrative professional with experience in business support, HR, and customer service. She’s organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing admin tasks, appointments, and compliance processes. With a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, Shannon consistently supports teams and clients with professionalism and care.

Abigail howe

Property Administration

Abigai joins our experienced Team to further develop her management and accounting experience with A*s in Maths and Statistics GCSE, A levels in Chemistry, Biology and History & recently completing Accounting AAT level 2. Abigail has 5 years administrative experience and 2 years of accounting experience and has a very good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Dennis Johnson

Head of Compliance ​

With over 25 years’ experience in the Property market within the UK and internationally. I have learned that it so important to deliver the very highest level of customer service in order to succeed. As Head of Compliance at First Capital Housing I understand the importance of ensuring Landlords property’s are kept in the best condition. I enjoy communicating with people at all levels and making sure customers are happy and completely satisfied when the works is done. In my spare time I love spending time and enjoying with my grandchildren.

Mark Gibson

Non-Exec Director

With nearly 20 years of experience in the property sector as a Finance Director and an additional 20 years as a Partner in a general accounting practice, Mark now serves as a Non-Executive Director. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with the company Directors, leveraging his extensive financial expertise and industry knowledge.

Diana GolubovA

Accountant

Diana is an AAT-certified Management Accountant with a strong track record in financial reporting, variance analysis, and multi-entity reconciliations. She brings senior-level experience from roles across property and hospitality sectors, most recently supporting strategic finance operations at Life Residential. Diana combines technical expertise with commercial insight, contributing to robust financial management and business growth.

Agnieszka Kruk

Accounts Technician

Agnieszka is a part-qualified accountant with hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and ledger management. With a background in both property and service-based sectors, she supports the finance team with day-to-day accounting processes and ongoing financial operations. Agnieszka is committed to developing her expertise while contributing to accurate and efficient financial management.
