Group Chairman
Paul, the Group Chairman, has over 40 years of experience in the property industry, covering construction, development, and investment. He has built a substantial UK property portfolio and led numerous residential and commercial projects in London and the Southeast. With a focus on strategic growth, his business continues to expand. First Capital Housing was established through his expertise in property management, aiming to provide high-quality housing and management services across London Boroughs and to landlords.
Luke Adams
Managing Director
Since stepping into his role as Group Director, Luke has brought over 20 years of industry expertise to the forefront of First Capital Housing’s transformation. Instrumental in streamlining operations, introducing cutting-edge estate development software, and delivering standout construction projects — from boutique apartments to high-end conversions, many of which now strengthen the wider group’s rental portfolio. Collaborating closely with Paul, Luke continues to spearhead business development and scout new opportunities that drive strategic growth and expand the group’s impact across the property market
Foysol Ali
Head of Business Development
With over 22 years of proven success in the property industry, Foysolbrings a wealth of expertise, strategic insight, and a results-driven approach. His career has taken him through every facet of the sector, blending hands-on experience with specialist training to deliver exceptional outcomes. As Head of Business Development at First Capital Housing, he spearheads strategic growth, forges key partnerships, and drives impactful achievements. Beyond his professional role, Foysol has spent the past 20 years running a charity in Tower Hamlets, empowering young people to thrive through sports and recreational activities, while also supporting other organisations to grow and succeed organically.
Nathan hancox
General Manager
Nathan has 20 + years’ experience in property. His last role was as a Regional Manager covering the South East of England. Over the course of two decades, Nathan has honed a deep understanding of the property market, specializing in Property Management, Letting and Estate Agency.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys playing tennis and above all, cherish spending time with friends and family, especially with his two children.
Tess alexander
Financial Controller
Tess joins us from Gravita, bringing extensive experience in financial reporting, audit, and commercial advisory work. Her professionalism, depth of knowledge, and pragmatic approach will significantly strengthen our finance function as we continue to grow and evolve.
Alvyda Tumaite
Senior Property Manager
Alvyda joined Passion Property Group in 2010 as a Property Assistant and quickly progressed into a managerial position. With a strong interest in finance, she began formal Accounting studies and now plays a key role as a Senior Property Manager. In this capacity, she draws on both her extensive industry experience and growing financial expertise to support the Group’s property management and accounting operations.
Sulaimaan Choudhury
Senior Procurement Officer
With over five years in the property industry and three as a Lettings Manager, Sulaimaan is known for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, watching football, and training in mixed martial arts—a discipline that sharpens his focus and drive.

Samantha joins the team following a successful career in the commercial banking sector providing added value and strength in depth the to the procurement team with strong work ethic.

With over 15 years in property, Lakhan has experience in both sales and lettings. As Senior Procurement Officer at First Capital Housing, he builds lasting client relationships through excellent service. Outside work, he enjoys travelling and staying active at the gym.

With over 9 years in the property industry, Mikesh specialises in lettings across London and Surrey. Known for market insight and exceptional service, he’s dedicated to delivering great results. Outside work, he enjoys family time and beach outings.

Procurement Officer
An experienced lettings professional with a proven track record in tenant relations and property management in Central and South London. Being in the industry for over 4 years, I am committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with my clients. Outside of work you will catch me playing football, going to the gym and spending quality time with my family as well as indulging in amazing Portuguese food whenever I can!
Molly McMullen
Property Manager
Molly is a dedicated and results-driven member of the team known for her exceptional organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, and self-motivated work ethic. With a proven track record in team collaboration and effective communication, Molly thrives in dynamic work environments. Since joining in 2023 and in her current role as a Property Manager overseeing a substantial portfolio of 250 properties, Molly excels in database management, stakeholder coordination, and contractor relationship management.
Lana O’Connor
Property Manager
Lana brings nearly four years of experience in the property sector, with a solid background in surveying and property management. She is excited to join the team at First Capital Housing and looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.
Shannae Brown-Sonson
Business Development Manager
With nearly a decade in lettings, Shannae has built expertise across private and public housing, including negotiation, valuation, and local authority work. She holds Level 3 ARLA Lettings and CePaP Property Advice qualifications and is known for delivering excellent service and ensuring compliance. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, Pilates, and matcha lattes.
Joseph Seaton
Associate
Joseph joined First Capital Housing from CBRE, where he specialised in Residential Capital Markets focusing on the Build to Rent and Single-Family Housing sectors. He is also an RICS Chartered Surveyor and registered valuer, having previously focused on Living and Affordable Housing Valuations.
Harry Seaton
Operations
Harry has joined the team following his qualification in Construction Management and further progress his career prospects in closely working with facility management and operations.

Stacey is a reliable and proactive administrative professional with experience in business support, HR, and customer service. She’s organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at managing admin tasks, appointments, and compliance processes. With a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, Stacey consistently supports teams and clients with professionalism and care.

Megan has supported repairs and maintenance teams across several housing associations by coordinating appointments and managing tenant enquiries. She holds a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship and has strong organisational and customer service skills.

With over 25 years in UK and international property, Dennis is Head of Compliance at First Capital Housing, ensuring properties are well maintained and customers fully satisfied. He values clear communication and top-tier service. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.

Diana is an AAT-certified Management Accountant with a strong track record in financial reporting, variance analysis, and multi-entity reconciliations. She brings senior-level experience from roles across property and hospitality sectors, most recently supporting strategic finance operations at Life Residential. Diana combines technical expertise with commercial insight, contributing to robust financial management and business growth.
Sara Egusquiza
Property Accounts Asistant
With over 12 years in hospitality management and a growing career in accounting, Sara combines customer service expertise with financial acumen. Currently at First Capital Housing, she holds Level 2 AAT and is progressing through Level 3. Outside work, he enjoys running, cycling, and expressing creativity through baking and spontaneous cooking.

Camila has over six years of property industry experience, specialising in credit control, process optimisation, and account management. She supports the property finance function with accuracy, clear communication, and a proactive approach that improves workflows and customer experience.
Mark Gibson
Non-Exec Director
With nearly 20 years of experience in the property sector as a Finance Director and an additional 20 years as a Partner in a general accounting practice, Mark now serves as a Non-Executive Director. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with the company Directors, leveraging his extensive financial expertise and industry knowledge.
